Sign up for our brilliant newsletters and get great Telegraph content delivered directly to your inbox.

We are delighted to have more than 40 newsletters, ranging from politics to puzzles, front page news to food and drink. But if there are any problems with your newsletters, we want to know, so we can try our best to help.

First, however, here’s some troubleshooting advice.

Do you have problems receiving a newsletter?

There are several reasons why you may not be receiving a Telegraph newsletter. Here are some common causes:

  • It’s possible the newsletter might be going to your spam folder. Take a look and if it is, then please move it into your inbox and mark it as “not spam”. That way it should go directly to the right place in the future.
  • Add our email address to your contacts list, as this should also mean that we arrive in your inbox. If you’re using Gmail, please put our emails in your “primary” tab. If you’re using iPhone mail make sure you mark us as “not junk” and if you’re using Outlook, add us to your “safe senders” list.
  • Our email sender name does differ between emails, but you should be able to recognise it from these three examples
  • Some email clients limit the amount of emails that you can receive. Check to see if your inbox is full, and delete old emails to free up space for new ones.

If none of these work, please contact us so we can see if we can help.

How do I unsubscribe from this newsletter?

We want you to enjoy our newsletters, but if you don’t, then of course you are free to unsubscribe. You can do this by visiting the newsletters tab in “My Account” and then clicking “Remove” where you see the relevant newsletter.

You will need your password in order to do this. If you don’t remember your password, please click on “forgotten my password” just underneath where you have inputted your login details and reset from there.

Can I sign friends up to any of your newsletters?

You can’t do this yourself because of privacy laws, but if you forward your friends the newsletter in question, then they can sign up themselves. Otherwise you can always send them to the main newsletter page, where they can see all of our newsletters and decide which ones to sign up for.

Why can’t I sign up for Beyond Brexit Bulletin, Economic Intelligence, Your Royal Appointment, Matt or Lisa Armstrong’s Front Row?

These are our subscription-only newsletters, and contain exclusive, bespoke content which is only shared with Telegraph subscribers.

If you would like access to these, sign up for a Telegraph subscription, which is free for the first month and then costs only £3 a week.
